Just think, that if you had yourself on that bit of film, it would do your surfing progress no harm at all. It’s real fun, and you get pointers so you can improve on your abilities while you’re at it. To put it simply seeing your self surf on film, will help you progress more then all other coaching methods combined. And you are able to watch over and over again until you have ironed out the creases.”
